Role Summary
The role demands a good level of understanding of Liquidity Risk/Trading activity wind-down
(TWD)/Stress Testing along with strong hands-on experience in Change management and Business
Analyst projects.
Responsibilities:
\xe2\x97\x8f Perform a BA role for Liquidity risk projects in Change Management and work with various
stakeholders in understanding the requirements pertaining to Liquidity Risk/Stress Testing.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong knowledge and knowhow of LCR, NSFR and MCO.
\xe2\x97\x8f Articulate the requirements into simpler, understandable statements through tools in the form of a
Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD) etc.
\xe2\x97\x8f Work with development team to model the requirements, and propose, calibrate, and implement
appropriate assumptions.
\xe2\x97\x8f Engage in constant and continuous communication with all the stakeholders to ensure smooth
completion of tasks and report any deviations from proposed timelines.
\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare and consolidate test cases across the capital calculations, including any adjustments,
reconciliation, exception management, reporting, etc.
\xe2\x97\x8f Review test cases ensuring completeness of UAT coverage & Change Management.
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate seamlessly across various business units, integrating change management principles to
ensure holistic alignment with organizational goals.
\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare project reports and trackers highlighting risks, analyzing trends and recommendations
/adjustments that address or capitalize on changes required.
Requirements:
\xe2\x97\x8f Should be well versed with Change management process including drafting business requirement
documents, functional specifications documents, preparing user stories and test cases.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to write multi-application test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases with expected
outcome.
\xe2\x97\x8f Working knowledge of Trading Activity Wind-down (TWD), recovery plan and Business Re-
Organization Plan (BRP) as per the PRA regulations.
\xe2\x97\x8f Have working knowledge of Liquidity metrics such as LCR & NSFR and MCO.\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge on how different product types affect the liquidity ratios (LCR, NSFR, MCO).
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong analytical skills, communication/ interpersonal, documentation, stakeholder management,
and teamwork skills required.
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience and strong knowledge of data flow, inputs and data management tools such as JIRA,
Confluence etc.
\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in data analysis, virtualization and BI solutions \xe2\x80\x93 SQL, Python, Dremio, PowerBI, Alteryx,
Tableau etc.Mandatory Skill Set-Product Control
Preferred Skill Set-FX/FXO, Rates, Fixed Income, Credit, Commodities, Treasury etc.
