We are seeking talented Tableau Developers & Admin cum Tableau Prep-modelers having great
ownership quality with a strong background in reporting and data visualization to join our team. The
ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of relevant Tableau experience and 5-6 years of total IT
experience in Visualization and a proven track record in developing and managing Tableau
dashboards, Prep Flows, Tableau Admin Activities. This role requires a blend of technical expertise,
analytical skills, and effective communication abilities to deliver high-quality reporting and platform
upgradation solutions.Key Responsibilities\xef\x82\xb7 Dashboard Development:
o Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards to support business intelligence
and reporting needs.
\xef\x82\xb7 Data Analysis:
o Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be
translated into actionable reports.
\xef\x82\xb7 Data Integration:
o Ensure seamless data integration between various data sources and Tableau
utilizing appropriate data connectors and ETL processes.
\xef\x82\xb7 Requirements Analysis:
o Work closely with Stakeholders & Business Analysts to gather and analyze business
requirements,
o Translating the requirements into effective reporting solutions.
\xef\x82\xb7 Performance Optimization:
o Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability, ensuring quick and
efficient access to critical data.
\xef\x82\xb7 Data Visualization:
o Create intuitive and visually appealing data visualizations that effectively
communicate insights to stakeholders.
o Create logically charts in dashboards which are distinctive withing the User Stories
o Determine and suggest possible dashboards, views to Business Analysts and
Stakeholders wherever any suggestion is required.
\xef\x82\xb7 Data Preparation (Tableau Prep):
o Create Flows to build data sources from different sources, published data sources
with periodic refresh enabled.
\xef\x82\xb7 Admin Activities:
o Good to Have Skills

\xef\x82\xa7 Merge with AD users
\xef\x82\xa7 Using Python scripts to automate Group-User sync in case of 3P User Data
provider.
o Must Have Skills\xef\x82\xa7 Provide and maintain accesses of different dashboards, projects properly .
\xef\x82\xa7 Implement RLS wherever data governance is required .\xef\x82\xb7 Training and Support:
o Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize
Tableau dashboards and reports.
o Support UAT and SIT wherever required on the Client-site.
\xef\x82\xb7 Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving reporting processes and
tools, staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.Qualifications\xef\x82\xb7 Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
Business Administration, or a related field.
\xef\x82\xb7 Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Tableau development and
reporting.
\xef\x82\xb7 Total Experience : Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in IT and Data Visualization.
\xef\x82\xb7 Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tableau and a strong understanding of data visualization
best practices.
\xef\x82\xb7 Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret
complex data sets and deliver actionable insights.
\xef\x82\xb7 Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
