Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparing pitches / proposals for deal sourcing,
\xef\x82\xb7 Deal execution:

  • Collateral preparation (complex financial models for M&A and funding transactions, information
memorandum, teasers, valuation using different valuation approaches such as relative valuation,
DCF, replacement cost, etc.),
  • Preparation of investor long and shortlists and outreach for marketing,
  • Preparation of responses to investor queries during marketing and due-diligence,
  • Industry research for market sizing, competition landscape, research for trading and transaction
comps, research for investor identification and outreach,
  • Joining negotiation discussions on term sheets and documentation / deal closure.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of engagement letters, assistance with internal administrative matters such as invoicing,
approvals, etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Participation in client and investor meetings and calls.
Required Competencies:
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong analytical skills,
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong knowledge of corporate finance and business concepts, financial ratios, valuation techniques,
accounting concepts relevant for financial analysis and financial modeling,
\xef\x82\xb7 Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including business modeling and business valuation using MS Excel,
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong presentation preparation skills using MS Power point,
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong English proficiency
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work collaboratively and to deal with ambiguity in an environment with short deadlines for
delivery.
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of infrastructure/asset heavy sectors such as roads, power, logistics and warehousing, power
transmission, commercial real estate and hospitality, or telecom would be an added advantage.
Education and Experience:
\xef\x82\xb7 MBA from top tier institutes or CA all India rank holders with relevant experience
\xef\x82\xb7 1+ years experience in front end investment bankingMandatory Skill Set-Investment Banking

Year of experience required-3-4 years
