Key Responsibilities The selected candidate will have ownership for: . Be responsible in driving operational excellence in the Accounts Payable Queries team. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Assistant Manager as well to the internal stakeholders on SLAs, team targets, KPIs and any other performance-based management information. . Making sure that all Accounts payable related queries via Service Now, Emails and Calls are resolved within the SLA to the expected quality while embedding a \'right first-time\' culture. . . Review & resolve vendor statement discrepancies . Dealing with internal business and external supplier disputes, queries & escalations . Monitor and reviewing process controls and take appropriate actions when necessary. . Support closing of the month end activities, AP reconciliations and reporting activities. . Manage relationships with key internal & external stakeholders in Finance and drive continuous improvement. . Support the collation of accurate and timely information for auditors (internal/external) People management of the team members by taking ownership of performance appraisals, learning & development of the team. . Support wider the finance teams where volumes are high/resolution complex to ensure group KPI targets and management reporting deadlines are met.
