Global Finance GBS Bangalore was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) for Headquarters, region Europe, North America, International Operations (IO) & GBS Bangalore. The main purpose of our existence is to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardization and efficiency.The Position
As a Senior Associate II in Corporate and Global Functions - Finance GBS, you will be involved in Segregation of Duty activities for Novo Nordisk with a close link in head quarters based in Denmark and also maintain high level of compliance in the global pharma industry. Apart from this, you will also be involved in below mentioned responsibilities :

  • Involved in day to day SOD operations management by performing critical conflict reviews.
  • Maintain necessary supporting documents and approval in case critical conflicts roles are actioned and also review the change request in relation to the new T code additions or changes of T code to another role.
  • Ensure there is high quality in SOD review activity and review respective ICQ's of the SOD and ensure necessary documentation are maintained.
  • Challenge the process were ever required to ensure to be compliant in SOD process.
  • Maintain end-to-end knowledge of the SOD business and processes and also involved in monthly stakeholder meetings along with team leads/AM.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors / master's in finance (or equivalent) from a well-recognised institute with good academic track record and grades.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience within F&A in a large multinational organisation with experience in an international work environment.
  • Experience working in SAP GRC and SAP security weaver will be an added advantage.
  • Must be highly motivated and flexible in order to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn new things and work with limited supervision.
  • Team player.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
  • Drive projects, specialist areas and manage formal and informal leaderships tasks and solve tasks in high quality on time.
  • Create value as a business partner in LoB and Corporate Finance.
