If you are ready to be part of our digitalization journey and make a difference, read on and apply today for a life-changing career.About the departmentCompliance Operations India was formed in August 2015 with the major responsibility of handling compliance-related activities globally and locally, Data privacy support, Study Pro support for the Global Medical Affairs department, and driving the Digital Agenda for BECO. The department is also responsible for safeguarding the Novo Nordisk values and license to operate, tracking the payments made to Health Care Professionals (HCP) and Health Care Organizations (HCO), Human Rights, and reporting Business Ethics KPI. The team is responsible for data consistency, completeness, consolidation, and reporting. The team is also supporting third-party registrations, due diligence, and Business Ethics (BE) Compliance Frameworks.The positionAs a Senior Associate II - Digital, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collect, structure, and apply data to develop digital solutions that optimize our work processes.
  • Work with systems and tools on both practical and strategic levels, engaging with end-users and management.
  • Collaborate with other application development staff to design and develop web applications.
  • Utilize technologies such as Visual Studio Code, MVC ASP.Net, JavaScript, jQuery, MS SQL Database (SSMS), and Azure.
  • Help stakeholders identify and automate solutions to reduce manual work and drive efficiencies.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in information technology or computer applications, coupled with experience in software development or data analytics.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in developing web applications.
  • Experience with Visual Studio Code, MVC ASP.Net, JavaScript, jQuery, MS SQL Database (SSMS), and Azure.
  • Certified in AZ-900 is preferred. Good understanding of Azure DevOps.
  • Basic understanding of Power Platform - Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Experience and understanding of cloud infrastructure and services is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and determine the approach to solutions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
