Our department supports Accounting, Finance & Procurement, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Headquarters, Europe, North America, International Operations (IO), and GBS Bangalore. We strive to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to processes through standardization and efficiency.The positionAs a Senior Associate I, you will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting purchasing activities, including query management, procurement controls, and operational reporting for affiliates globally.
• Collaborating effectively with suppliers, LOBs, and stakeholders to ensure timely actions and resolution of queries.
• Meeting defined operational KPIs and individual targets at both process and individual levels.
• Ensuring on-time publishing of operational reports to affiliates globally. Driving process standardization and identifying areas for improvement in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate documentation for controls performed and facilitating requirements during audits.
• Cross-collaborating with other departments within Finance GBS to drive efficiency and process improvements.
• Identifying tasks and deliverables that can be automated or digitalized. Acting as a subject matter expert to deploy best-in-class processes and challenge nonstandard processes.

QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor\'s degree from a reputed university.
• 4-5 years of experience in purchasing operations from a leading organization.
• Knowledge of the procure-to-pay process and procurement value chain.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a quality mindset.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
