Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients
and bring about a change in society. The candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and
effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the project
delivery he/she entrusted with.
Broad Roles / Responsibilities
\xef\x82\xb7 Engage with Government clients to understand their needs and technical requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients\' current IT processes and infrastructure
\xef\x82\xb7 Conceptualize the IT solution landscape, implementation model, and procurement model for IT
projects
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage large IT Transformation projects in the Government ecosystem
\xef\x82\xb7 Drive complex Digital Transformation initiatives in a multi stakeholder environment
\xef\x82\xb7 Oversee the implementation of the agreed IT architecture and Infrastructure
\xef\x82\xb7 Client handling, stakeholder management, program management, vendor management,
business process re-engineering
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify and prioritize opportunities for technology improvements and innovations
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide training and support to clients\' staff on new technologies and systems
\xef\x82\xb7 Communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients and senior management regularly
\xef\x82\xb7 Document project processes, decisions, and outcomes for future reference and improvement
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams
\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrate extensive knowledge of governmental procurement procedures
\xef\x82\xb7 Exhibit proficiency in bid management, coordinating with client teams to ensure compliance
and accuracy
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide guidance and strategic inputs on various technology solutions that meet government
client requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Engage extensively in program management operations, driving project delivery timelines,
budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
\xef\x82\xb7 Support in business development initiatives including responding to government RFPs and
developing new solutions for clients.
Broad Experience & Expertise Requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 6 years of work experience with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in
Technology/Government consulting or similar e-Governance assignments in large scale
projects in India

\xef\x82\xb7 Bid Process Management, Government Procurement, Technology Consulting, e-Governance.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience as an IT Consultant or similar role, with a track record of successful IT
project deliveries.

Certifications (in software)
\xef\x82\xb7 B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA /M. Tech. full time
\xef\x82\xb7 MBA from a reputed college
