Overview:
Join our Deals Advisory team, where you\'ll explore the dynamic deals landscape in India
and gain insights into the multifaceted aspects in M&A and PE. This role is perfect for
individuals with a passion for brand building and content creation, paired with a foundational
understanding of Deals and excellent MS Office skills.
Key Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Brand Building: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance our brand
presence within the deals advisory space. Craft compelling narratives that highlight
our expertise and success stories in M&A and PE.
\xef\x82\xb7 Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for various platforms, including
blogs, social media, and internal communications. This includes writing articles,
creating infographics, and developing video content to engage and inform our
audience.
\xef\x82\xb7 Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on market trends and industry
developments to curate content and strategy.
\xef\x82\xb7 Leadership Support: Collaborate with Partner and Director-level executives to
ensure alignment with strategic goals. Provide support in preparing presentations,
reports, and other communication materials.
\xef\x82\xb7 Innovation: Drive the development of new reports and other tools to drive brand
positioning
Skills and Qualifications:
\xef\x82\xb7 Basic understanding of Deals (M&A/PE) and the financial aspects involved.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in brand building and marketing strategies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to conduct comprehensive research and present findings clearly.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
