Our Information Technology Security team assists PwC in designing and creating sustainable security solutions to provide foundational capabilities and operational discipline through a focus on enterprise requirements and prioritisation, Information Technology security architecture, and the software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities :

As a ServiceNow SecOps Admin, you will:

• Ensure all elements of PwC\xe2\x80\x99s ServiceNow SecOps module are performing optimally
• Stay abreast of new capabilities and features in the SecOps Module which could benefit PwC
• Analyze incoming Demands and business requirements for feasibility, and deliver solutions which are closely aligned to out-of-the-box (OOTB) features of the SecOps module
• Optimize the design and configuration of our SecOps integrations to maximize performance and accuracy
• Ensure reporting and metrics for key integrations accurately reflect their completeness & efficiency
• Automate routine activities wherever possible, including integration schedule adjustments, problem reporting and resolution of common problems
• Demonstrate understanding of application modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge, and Self-service Portal.
• Work with operations teams to identify and resolve situations which interfere with SecOps module performance and integrations performance
• Demonstrate understanding of how Discovery fulfils broader TSO functions, including ITSM and SecOps
• Proactively identify system deficiencies in the ServiceNow instances and provide solutions to remediate
• Maintain consistency in configuration of SecOps module across PwC\xe2\x80\x99s sub-prod environments
• Effectively manage changes as necessary through PwC\xe2\x80\x99s global Change Management processes
• Coordinate with PwC platform support teams on resolution of data quality or performance issues
• Work with ServiceNow support on HI Cases to solve questions or problems with the SecOps module

Education and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator, preferably with a SecOps or overall performance focus
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, preferably with a SecOps focus
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow CMDB table structures and relationships
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery from Orlando or Paris versions (or later as applicable)
• Experience with ITSM functions and modules within ServiceNow
• Understanding of IPv4 subnetting, addressing, and IP routing principles
• Understanding of RESTful Web Service and APIs
• Understanding of third-party integrations supporting SecOps workflows
• IT and Security management best practice (ITIL, COBIT, ISO standards)
• Experience supporting or performing IT Infrastructure and/or Network Operations in a large enterprise
