Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Operations Management Level Senior Associate & Summary A career within PwC\'s Oracle Services Practice, will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations use enterprise technology to achieve their digital technology goals and capitalize on business opportunities. We help our clients implement and effectively use Oracle offerings to solve their business problems and fuel success in the areas of finance operations, human capital management, supply chain management, reporting and analytics, and governance, risk and compliance. :

Our Oracle CX team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service processes, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. In collaboration with both Oracle as well as CX strategy experts from our Customer Practice we deliver customer transformation supported by the Oracle CX platform (engagement cloud).

You will manage Oracle CX projects within the full breadth of the consulting field, from strategy through execution. Your projects can be in multiple industries and through focusing on your next career move, you can choose to specialize in one of them. In this position, you have the opportunity to develop your skills while gaining new insights and building relationships that will benefit you for the rest of your career.

Who are you;

You are an experienced Oracle CX advisor and you do not shy away from a challenge. You have the ambition to continuously develop and get the best out of yourself and your colleagues. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the profile below:

You have at least at least 5 years of working experience in the implementation of Oracle CX Cloud applications;
You have a completed university degree, preferably with knowledge in Business Administration, Marketing and/or Business Informatica;
You are a functional expert in the field of Oracle Cloud and know (most) CX modules; Oracle B2B Sales and Service Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud and/or Oracle Marketing Cloud
Expertise in groovy scripting & BMQL is an advantage.
Knowledge of e.g. Oracle Field Service Cloud, Digital Customer Service or Oracle Knowledge Management is an added advantage;
You are fluent in English;
You have a strong character, and you are not afraid to speak your mind;
You are able to communicate and collaborate with team members across locations to accomplish project goals. :
