This role is located in at Pune, MH in HYBRID.In this role, youxe2x80x99ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Drive solution development initiatives to reduce risk and enhance resiliency within Central Expense Unit.
• Explore BNY 's data eco-system to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement within Central Expense Unit and the wider Fund Administration teamxe2x80x99s environment.
• Understand business and regulatory needs, identifying gaps and/or opportunities for enhancement.
• Learn new tools, systems and techniques that can be beneficial to Central Expense Unit and our stakeholders.
• Acting as an enabler us to leverage data in transforming our work and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
• Excellent digital skills, exposure to / understanding of solution architecture with backend database, ETL and front-end Visualization with ability to interpret data and understand the critical data elements that drive business strategy.

To be successful in this role, wexe2x80x99re seeking the following:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 6+ years of total work experience preferred. Techno-Functional experience preferred.
• Has an experience of being part of Transformation initiatives, performing Business Analysis and Deriving problem statements for given Business Case.
• Good in documentation and communication skills to execute requirements using tooling such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Alteryx, Baseline, Flow Charting (BPMN xe2x80x93 Business Process Model and Notation) etc.
• Is a self-starter and collaborative team player with patience to execute with consistency.
• Knowledge in Fund Accounting, Expense and Invoice Processing will be an advantage.
