We\'re seeking a future team member for the role ofAssociate, Technology Service Desk/On-Site Support Analyst II to join our BUSINESS SEGMENT OR CORPORATE ORGANIZATIONteam. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra. ABBREVIATION - HYBRID. In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways: Providing support to London and Pune users. Must have sound knowledge of the active directory and functions, one must know how to create objects in AD. Sound knowledge of O365/Exchange outlook. Aware of the ITIL process. Sound knowledge of service now tool/ service now agent workspace. Must handle multiple joiners and leavers tickets to support the BAU. Creation of shared drives /Network drives/ home drives. Circumstantial knowledge of the CISCO call manager tool. Must be able to handle large number of applications tickets as a part of new joiners and leavers.
