Description SENIOR ASSOCIATE - FINANCIAL REPORTING

PUNE/BENGALURU/MUMBAI/HYDERABAD/KOLKATA/CHENNAI

Key duties and responsibilities:

Receipt of required data for the preparation of financial statements.
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82 Preparation and review of Financial statements of Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Real
Estate, Manco etc. multiple GAAPs, mainly in IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP
and Canadian GAAP.
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82 Define the timeline of financial statements with onshore.
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82 Resolve queries raised by Onshore, Client, Auditor and Director.
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82 Defining the timeline of financial statements preparation with onshore.

Qualification and Experience:

\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82 Qualification- CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or any course specialized in
Accounting.
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82 Experience of 3-6 years in Financial Reporting.
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82 Experience of Financial Reporting in Hedge Fund is preferred.
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82 Experience of Financial Reporting in IFRS/US GAAP is preferred.

Skills Required:

\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82 Strong interpersonal and time management skills
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82 Adaptability
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82 Highly proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82 Strong accounting knowledge
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82 Strong knowledge in capital market and derivatives
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82 Strong written and verbal communication skills
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82 Leadership skills
