Senior Associate - FP&A (Internal Finance) - 3+ years - Mohali / ChandigarhLocation: Mohali, ChandigarhSummary:The Senior Associate - FP&A will be a key member of the internal FP&A team, responsible for providing financial insights to drive strategic decision-making within the company. This role involves developing financial plans, managing budgets, forecasting, and analyzing business trends to support the company\'s growth and operational efficiency.Your Future Employer:A company that provides essential business services, including accounting, payroll, HR, taxes, and more.Responsibilities: * Develop in-depth financial plans for the company.

• Oversee and manage the creation and development of budgets, forecasting operating plans, and strategic financial modeling.
• Analyze current business trends and provide operational and financial insights.
• Evaluate and monitor key performance indicators.
• Create and interpret financial models and presentations, and prepare presentations for the board of directors and senior management team.

Requirements: * Chartered Accountant, bachelor\'s degree in finance & accounting, or MBA from a premier institute.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in an FP&A role.
• Strong skills in developing and managing budgets and forecasting financial performance.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and familiarity with financial software like NetSuite and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
