XL India Business Services Private Limited - The Finance Controllers\' team is responsible for timely and accurate accounting, reporting and maintenance, and audit of financial records. This is performed through the execution of Period close accounting, account reconciliations, invoice and expense validation and processing, management reporting and analysis, financial reporting, and audit and legal compliances. The position (Senior Finance Associate - Accounting and Reporting) would entail the execution of all Accounting, Financial reporting, and Statutory compliances for XL India Business Services Private Limited. DISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include Maintenance of Fixed Asset register according to the Companies Act and Income Tax Act. Management and processing of operating expenses, statutory payments, travel and employee expenses, invoices, etc. Support Team lead in quarter-close accounting activities and Annual Audits (Statutory and Internal). Work with team lead on SEZ, RBI002C and FEMA compliances. Preparation of Bank Reconciliations and accounting. Source system to GL reconciliation. Coordinating with various internal teams and functions. Liaison with banks and other government agencies. You will report to (Deputy)/ Manager - Finance. SHARE your talent We\'re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Required Skills And Abilities Graduate (B. Com) with Postgraduate (M. Com) or CA - Semi Qualified experience. Proficient in MS Excel. Working experience in any ERP financial system would be an advantage. Robust interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Desired Skills And Abilities Ability to work cordially in a matrix environment across different teams.
