They capture current processes, prepare work plans, design to-be processes, work directly with client teams and facilitate meetings to enable decision making. As digital and emerging technologies continue to reshape industries, our community of problem solvers engage with client teams to ensure alignment of people, processes and infrastructureKey Responsibilities:Job responsibilities mainly include activities driven towards inspiring other team members and delivering results - conduct analyses and develop insights, create financial models, analyze large sets of data, work directly with project teams and facilitate meetings to enable decision making, lead analysis and client conversations, organize and prepare recommendations to address client problems, and participate actively in new business development, thought leadership and firm building activities.Depending on the project, the incumbent will be involved throughout the project life cycle, adding value during the problem structuring and analysis phases. Responsibilities include understanding clientxe2x80x99s business & digital capabilities, client context, assessing current organization structure and operating model, conducting end-to-end value chain diagnostics to unlock levers that can produce sustained performance improvement.
