This role is located in Pune, MH \xe2\x80\x93 HYBRID.In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Support the team with management and tracking of new prudential (financial risk) and ESG related regulations
• Contribute to analytical research across financial risk and ESG topics, supporting senior team members in performing research and supporting development of analytical capabilities
• Coordinate senior management forums and reporting obligations on the team
• Support with analysis and collation of key global and regional topics and themes arising from regulators and market trends relevant to our business partners
• Develop, implement and maintain tools and processes to enable full traceability of new regulations and their implementation, track internal and external commitments and support with the coordination of cross regional and cross functional exercises

To be successful in this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking the following:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x98s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 5-6 year of total work experience in risk management and/or regulatory compliance
• Business Analytics or Risk, Financial or Regulatory Reporting background preferred.
• Some understanding of key regulations relating to capital, liquidity, ESG or other risk topics
• Experience in supporting cross functional projects involving multiple stakeholders across technical or framework implementation
• Experience in supporting the development of process enhancements and coordination of complex projects beneficial
