• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, website traffic, and conversions.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising, while working with division leaders to ensure that the message is delivered correctly.
• Conduct keyword research and optimization to improve search engine rankings (SEO) and drive organic traffic.
• Monitor and Analyze digital marketing performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and frelancers for the execution of digital marketing initiatives.
• Support the planning and execution of online events, webinars, and virtual conferences.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns that align with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Track and report on digital marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and integration of digital initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
• Assistance in creating marketing collateral.
Requirements
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including running email campaigns and sequences, managing social media accounts, running digital advertising campaigns, and implementing SEO strategies, preferably for an offshore IT company.
• Demonstrable writing and excellent content creation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Understanding of technology terms and ability to clearly articulate it.
• Strong communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Team player - the ability to liaise and build relationships with peers across the company.
• High attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SEO optimization and Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel
• Well versed in LinkedIn and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
