AC-DET Process Lead / SME will support the development, implementation, execution and change or process improvement of Deployment Enablement processes. They are responsible for delivery of the process team to meet process objectives and SLAs. They are required to work independently and/or lead a team to meet the desired outcomes and have a good understanding of Deployment function (Talent Supply-chain/workforce/resource management). As Subject Matter Experts for their process, they are definitive sources of knowledge who contribute their expertise to enhance process efficiency. The Process Lead / SME may be aligned or realigned to a specialized workstream based on business needs. Education Background - Bachelor in any stream Relevant years of experience: 5-9 years Tool Knowledge: Preferred - Tableau / Power BI Required - Alteryx and Advanced Excel, Macros, Power Platform for Microsoft - PBI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Query Responsibilities : As a Process Lead / SME, you will Provide oversight of and coaching/development to a team who are providing tactical support performing the process deliverables, including but not limited to, schedule updates, utilization forecasting, sending staff confirmation communications, a variety of reporting and analysis related to load balancing of resources, among others. Create and maintain documentation for deployment As process lead / SME, troubleshooting issues with active services and QC the work of team members for high quality and error free service delivery Be responsible and accountable for evaluating, designing, creating and publishing reports, data extracts and dashboards highlighting all business and deployment KPIs Be responsible for extracting, cleansing and publishing on demand data sets, creating and maintaining data tables and create / manage data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau Perform centralized compliance checks, maintain compliance trackers, populate quality reports, perform transactional schedule management tasks and help the deployment team on other approved operational activities Change Management Support Provide input to discovery, support process reengineering, and be champions of change Training team and stakeholders on new or updated processes to ensure effective implementation Communicating process changes to all affected parties Create and deliver deployment training to new team members Collaborate with internal clients and other stakeholder groups to identify process improvement opportunities. Serve as an escalation point for the team. Desired Skills / Experiences Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: Excellent interpersonal, communication and team management skills Proactive, flexible, able to think outside of the box and solve creatively Exceptional time-management skills with ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines. Demonstrate learning agility to learn new processes and unlearn obsolete processes Support to the team\'s execution of assigned tasks and behaviors such that KPIs and SLAs are met. May need to lead a team of specialists for the process execution as per SLA. HR processes/operations or Workforce Management processes/operations Cross line-of-service deployment processes and related areas, including utilization , forecasting, etc. Collaborate with all lines of service to identify improvements to the technology and processes, scope requirements and impacts related to proposed changes and, Analyze current and future technology/process needs and recommend enhancements and solutions. To ensure success as a Process Lead / SME, you should possess extensive domain knowledge in data management, reporting and business analytics. Prior experience of working with large and complex data and designing Power BI dashboards will be preferred. Knowledge on reporting and Understanding of data design . Experience in working with Alteryx workflows. Performing a variety of reporting and analysis for different deployment needs, such as load balancing of resources Extract, cleanse and publish demand or staff data sets Create and maintain data tables and create/manage data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau Centralize, standardize , and publish all deployment related reports using Excel and/or Power BI/Tableau/SharePoint. Creating and updating data sets that evolve in tandem with our business\'s needs. Strong troubleshooting and report writing abilities. Collecting, verifying and analyzing thoroughly newsworthy information. Power Automate - Able to automate process via Power Query and other Power Platform tools. Understanding and working knowledge of Macros in excel. Knowledge in using data tables using SQL, MS Access or equivalent Cloud storage systems. Preferred Skills and Experiences: Basic knowledge of using the workforce managemen t systems will be preferred. Intermediate knowledge about working on SharePoint . Previous experience of working in a Consulting firm / Big 4 (Tax and Assurance) Deployment function with MIS , Reporting and Operation process execution will be an added advantage.
