:As a Senior Associate Cross Asset Trading within the Brokerage Product Development & Investment Product Governance team, you will manage various agendas such as New Product & Business Solutions, Platform Development, Regulatory Initiatives, and Trading Process Improvements. This role requires a deep understanding of the investment products palette and its various asset classes, the technology platform, and the ability to handle ad-hoc requests ranging from regulators to daily business operations.Job Responsibilities: * Centrally coordinate Product Development and Governance related activities for various investment platform initiatives, program status tracking, communication to executive stakeholders and ownership of periodic governance and reporting processes.

• Participate and drive content for product governance forums
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to identify and address areas of risk and regulatory exposure across multiple asset classes
• Identify, onboard and maintain vendors across the trading business
• Provide client onboarding support for Private Bank product offerings.
• Develop and manage project plans though strategy development, project definition, solution development, agreement, and implementation

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: * 7+ years of financial services experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Asset Management.

• Effective change management and transformation experience, including project and program management that spans business and partners teams within the financial services industry.
• Highly collaborative - ability to connect and partner effectively with global teams to influence outcomes and deliver results.
• Demonstrated track record of adapting to a rapidly changing business environment, ability to quickly assess situations, act decisively, and capitalize on change.
• Highly competent with core MS Office applications - e.g. Excel and PowerPoint along with Python, Tableau & Unqork
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written - including excellent presentation skills proven ability to distil complex ideas into consumable and actionable materials.
