  • Review the historical dispense data provided to determine the appropriate frequency and work with US Bank to determine the proper funding for Compensating Balance
  • Setup New ATMs in ICM
  • Confirm frequency and load dates with the Armored Carriers
  • Maintain and Adjust Armored Carrier Schedules as needed including adjustments for holidays
2. Daily Work Routine:-
  • Daily review the ICM forecasts to determine the proper cash order for each scheduled ATM
  • Determine if/when ATMs forecasts are consistent enough to be considered for automated forecast
  • Submit daily order file to US Bank before 11:00 pm CST for orders to be placed the following day
  • Daily review of low & out of cash ATMs (including weekends) (ICM Outage Report & Fiserv Device Manager Low & Out of Cash Report)
  • Order Emergency Cash as needed
  • Report results to the Program Management & Vendor Support Team
  • Confirm all ATMs scheduled for load were complete and inquire/escalate with carrier on missed loads
3. Monthly :-
  • Produce Monthly Performance File for Managed Service Fleet overall & by Client
  • Supply monthly reporting on armored carrier errors and attend carrier performance calls as needed
  • Attend monthly cash performance calls with clients and present data if needed
  • Work with US Bank to determine proper balances in the Compensating Balance Account for each customer
  • Determine if forecasts need to be adjusted based on repetitive Compensating Balance Account Shortage
  • Assist with Billing comparing frequency data with armored carrier invoice and confirm emergency cash charges are accurate
4. Periodic :-
  • Periodic fleet review to determine optimum frequency and cost (as interest rates rise, or carrier costs change)
  • Partner with Program Managers to review client specific ATMs and make recommendations
  • Create cash plans for stimulus, tax season, etc.
  • Periodic review of automated loads to determined if ATMs still meet the requirement
