Job Description

Senior Associate- Client Solutions works directly to support and manage project inquiries coming from our Financial Services client firms based in the region. The Senior Associate- Client Solutions, is responsible for coordinating and executing short and mid-term client projects and activities.As a Senior Associate within the Client Solutions team, you will be a pivotal member of our client service function, responsible for understanding and addressing the unique needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with our sales teams, project managers, and subject matter experts to deliver exceptional service and value to our clients. This role requires a blend of strong project management skills, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of our service offerings and industry landscape.Key Responsibilities:1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their strategic objectives and ensuring the company delivers on their expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.

2. Project Management:

• Lead the end-to-end management of client projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams (research, sales, operations) to ensure projects are executed effectively and meet client goals and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful outcomes.

3. Solution Development and Customization:

• Work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives, and tailor company\'s service offerings to meet their specific needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized research methodologies, recruiting strategies, and engagement plans.
• Facilitating educational interactions between our experts (including industry executives, independent consultants, academics, and former policy makers across all sectors) and our clients.

4. Data Analysis and Insight Generation:

• Analyze data and insights gathered from the company engagements to provide actionable recommendations and strategic insights to clients.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner through written reports and presentations.

5. Market and Industry Expertise:

• Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities relevant to clients\' businesses.
• Leverage industry knowledge to anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions and insights.

6. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the Client Solutions team.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of company\'s service offerings based on client feedback and market insights.

An ideal candidate will have the following:

• Up to 4-6 years of experience, ideally in full-fledged client facing/servicing roles that could be in consulting, Financial Services, market research, or other professional services or start up

environment.

• Strong can-do attitude and track record of business growth / turnaround
• Successful track record of working in fast paced, client service environment
• Client focused/driven individuals \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to innovate to be a problem solver for clients.
• Outstanding communication (oral and written) skills in English and willingness to call and engage senior professionals
• Understanding of the business climate. Interest in working across industries subjects ranging from industrials to consumer to healthcare
