We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Processing, Team Lead, to join our Client Activation team. This role is located in Pune - HYBRID.

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provides quality support to clients with complex transactions and processes daily. Independently assists clients by responding to phone, email and other inquiries regarding company products, services and procedures.
  • Responds to client questions on the process and request and aids with issues that have been escalated by junior team members. Research and resolves complex operational or client issues.
  • Routes issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate team, in accordance with documented procedures. Assists in providing status updates on problem resolution and outstanding issues to other teams.
  • Subject Matter Expert \xe2\x80\x93 Understand the process E2E and guide the team as the Subject Matter Expert on the multiple processes within the team and contribute positively to the various process improvement Initiatives.
  • Responsible for the quality and completion of own and Team\xe2\x80\x99s work
  • People Management - Lead a team of support staff and professionals, including coaching, performance management and Development.
To be successful in this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking the following:
  • Education requirement \xe2\x80\x93 UG/PG
  • Experience requirement - Overall 8+ years of experience, Minimum 3+ years in Team/ People Management
  • Experience requirement \xe2\x80\x93 Experience in Client onboarding/ Investment Operations processes
  • People Leadership requirement - Min 3+ years of handling 10+ staffs
  • Flexibility to NAM shift (6 pm to 2:30 am)
