This is what #LifeAtBNYMellon is all about.Were seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Analyst to join our BNY Pershing team. This role is in Chennai/Pune, HYBRID.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data architecture environment using SQL and other data connectivity protocols to increase automation and reduce manual effort.
• Analyze and determine optimal number of resources based on the current quantum of work and expected quantum of work in the future.
• Review operational data/metrics, analyze, and synthesize the data, then compile into reports (using Tableau) or presentations to provide valuable insight to both business and operations, that can be used to forecast future trends and budget appropriately for expenses such as labor costs.
• Partner with Service & Operations Management to gather the productivity data and the current workforce to establish overlaps and gaps in processes.
• Determine where measurement gaps exist and devise appropriate measurement methodologies and metrics.
• Think strategically and help in data driven initiatives and actions.
• Take account of all the existing automation into consideration and apply that in workforce planning. Thus, maximizing productivity and reduce costs over time.
• Reduce surprises for the need of resources depending on business needs. Thus, reducing the unforeseen cost spike and meeting the Clients Service Levels
• Create & Maintain policies & procedures for Work Force Management
• Partner with business to arrive at optimal solutions.
• Should be flexible with change and ensure to monitor progress, assess performances, and adjust as needed.

Qualifications & ExpectationsBachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5-8 years of total work experience preferred.
