This is what #LifeAtBNY is all about.Were seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Business Planning and Analysis (Marketing Specialist) to join our Pershing EMEA team. Pershing provide a broad range of financial business solutions to investment banks, broker-dealers, wealth managers, financial planners and advisers across EMEA. We provide sophisticated front-end technology and flexible middle office capabilities with execution, settlement and custody services. These are supported by a robust regulatory and compliance framework with dedicated client asset experience and expertise. This role requires the candidate to work from 1pm to 10pm IST. This role is located in Pune, MH and is in Hybrid mode. The role will be working closely with the RFP Content and Marketing Lead based in London and with the RFP Specialist also based in Pune.In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:

• Editing existing content and writing new content that demonstrates a robust understanding of the firms capabilities, properly conveys Pershings strengths, and is tailored to each project
• Help produce content for ad hoc requests, including case studies, videos, demos, guides
• Help develop presentations and supporting materials for proposal pitches
• Ensuring that all materials are high-quality and delivered on time
• Provide graphics expertise using templates to ensure brand consistency and best practice
• Collaborating with global team across multiple time zones

To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:

• Possess knowledge in design and/or design principles proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word
• Video editing skills required to help create/edit demos and short presentation videos
• Strong project management, communication, organisational, attention to detail, written (including editing and proofreading), and verbal skills
• Ability to balance workload, prioritise, and work under tight deadlines with a positive attitude
• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of work experience desired
• 3+ years of related experience preferred; experience in the securities industry is preferred.
