Senior Business Analyst
The Senior Business Analyst oversees the analysis of business and information needs in order to design optimal systems solutions. Working with limited oversight, this job reviews that designed system solutions are appropriate for business needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization\'s information systems architecture. This job is responsible for managing large projects and processes, while also coordinating efforts among the Business Systems team.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provides solutions for IT and business management concerning the application of technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
  • Monitors feedback on the use of business applications, enhancing system productivity as needed.
  • Translates business requirements into application requirements, while working with all members of the team to execute the application successfully.
  • Reviews cost estimates of various system solutions and reviews project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources.
  • Monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshooting problems, as necessary.
  • Coaches and sometimes delegates work to lower level professionals.

Client Service Tech \xe2\x80\x93 Client Reporting Business Analyst

The Client Reporting Business Analyst oversees the analysis of business and information needs to design optimal system solutions. Working with limited oversight, this job reviews that designed system solutions are appropriate for business needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s information system architecture. This job is responsible for managing large projects and processes, while also coordinating efforts among different Business Systems & Teams.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Translates business requirements into application requirements, while working with all members of the team to execute the application successfully.
  • Provides solutions for IT and business management concerning the application of technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
  • Monitors feedback on the use of business applications, enhancing system productivity as needed.
  • Perform System analysis ,data design & modelling and data mapping to assist solution architects.
  • Assist User Acceptance Test for features being implemented and ensure it delivers value the business needs and expects.
  • Reviews cost estimates of various system solutions and reviews project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources.
  • Monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshooting problems, as necessary.
Required Skills:
  • 5-9 years of experience years of experience in Finance domain with 3+ years of experience in Asset and Investment Management.
  • Broad understanding of Equity, Fixed Income, Real Estate, and other asset classes.
  • Working with a development and QA teams in an agile framework, reporting progress and plans to the Client Services and Leadership.
  • Hands-on experience on ETL, SQL and data related projects.
  • Hands on working knowledge on any reporting Tool like \xe2\x80\x93 Coric, Crystal Reports, MSRS,BO.
  • Proficient in analysing data using SQL and MS Excel.
  • Hands-on experience in working on migration projects.
  • Basic understanding of Data stage tool and its capabilities.
  • Proven ability to efficiently communicate with others, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to make independent decisions.
  • Effective time management skills and have the ability to prioritize issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform detailed analysis on existing systems at all phases of the project lifecycle and contribute to design the world class solution.
  • Nice to have experience on Any Enterprise accounting application like Eagle.

  • Program, risk, and change management experience
  • Proficient in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, cloud, data engineering
  • Good understanding of datalake and data warehouse technologies
