As a Senior Associate in our team you will help us drive our fast growing presence on Digital and Mass Media. From acquiring users onto the platform through marketing to training them through educational content and webinars, we look after all funnels of the user\'s life on Meesho. We also engage and retain our users on the platform with growth-related initiatives. We want to enable every user to experience the power of internet commerce. About The Role As a Senior Associate - Brand Marketing, you will be involved in working with the team and agencies in crafting impactful and cost effective media strategies and plans in both Digital and Offline medium. You will be one of the primary contacts for Meesho\'s media agency. There will be few digital brand campaigns which will be implemented in house and you will be required to do the planning, implementation, reporting and course correction. What you will do Campaign Design: Work with cross-functional team (Internal-partners) & media agency (External-partners) to design & develop digital and offline marketing campaigns, track the efficiency & effectiveness of the campaigns and report as and when required Continuous tracking and reporting of the campaign and sharing regular updates with the stakeholders Getting trained and working with the analytics team on the right business metrics to be tracked, correlation analysis etc. Network alliances & partnerships: Build & nurture partnership with the ecosystem players Coordinating with the agency and our internal finance teams on getting the necessary paperwork done, PO\'s etc. for smooth implementation of the campaign Tracking the spends on a monthly basis and coordinating with the finance team on reconciliation What you will need 2-4 years of experience in digital media planning and implementation, preferably with some experience in offline planning. Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline. Experience of managing paid campaigns, Google ads (search, YT, display, discovery, UAC). Experience in handling programmatic campaigns - DV 360. Understanding of the OTT ecosystem. Comfortable with excel, and large data sets to make analytical & data-driven decisions. Basic understanding of Statistics will be an added advantage. Good communication, problem solving, data analysis & presentation skills. Ideal candidates should have prior agency experience.
