  • To manage the bid qualification process for new opportunities
  • Plan and manage the end-to-end RFP / EOI process.
  • Management of the entire bid lifecycle with a clear focus to maintain a high "Bid to Win" ratio.
  • Follow PwCs bid management processes and review mechanisms.
  • Bid planning (Create the proposal schedule and decide roles and responsibilities for team members), tracking, follow up and timely resolution of issues.
  • Responsible for delivery of best-in-class proposal response document (both Word and PowerPoint Formats)
  • Expertise in designing PowerPoint slides.
  • Preparing proposal template, pre-qualification document and technical & commercial offers/proposals
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders like business team, legal team, risk team, etc
  • Bid resource management- Co-ordination with internal teams (Legal, Finance and business teams)
  • Prepare, update and maintain the credentials, case studies and re-usable components
