Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall development of the company\xe2\x80\x99s benefit plans and programs, including medical/life insurance, vendor management, wellness and health education initiatives, executive benefits/perquisites, retirement/pension plans, disability programs, time off and work/life balance programs.
  • Manage data to support internal and external audit requests.
  • Prepare, collect, and organize data in a timely manner.
  • Provide suggestions for continuous improvements, work closely with payroll and HR Services.
  • Provide timely, accurate, courteous, and appropriate responses to employees.
  • Understanding the employee benefit design policies of India and work with internal stakeholders for policy implementation.
  • Reviewing the processes end to end, identifying the gaps of execution, converging the time of delivery and improvising the process efficiency.
  • Participating in stakeholder calls, analysing the performance of vendors, reviewing the SLA and publish the performance report.

  • Ensure compliance with related laws, rules and regulations as needed.
  • Communicate with appropriate parties to verify and document claim requests.
  • Run standard reports and perform ad hoc reporting as requested.
  • Responsible for all actions related to our annual open enrolment and processes benefit elections.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Candidate should have 5+Years of experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Should be well versed with basic tool functionalities for creating, editing and formatting presentation.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skill.
  • Prior working experience as a Benefits Specialist/HR practices.
  • Strong command of English language and good communication skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
  • Experience in MNC preferred.
  • Stakeholder Management.
