Roles and ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct market research to identify potential clients, companies, and trends.
\xef\x82\xb7 Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to stay informed and identify opportunities.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media,
and networking events.
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement lead generation strategies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their business needs and
challenges.
\xef\x82\xb7 Schedule and conduct service presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with the senior team to handover qualified leads and opportunities for further development
\xef\x82\xb7 Represent the company in a professional manner.
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, including key performance
indicators (KPIs) and progress against targets.
Financial Reporting
\xef\x82\xb7 Overall review of books of accounts on regular basis, to ensure they are error free and complete.
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare accurate and timely MIS, financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and
cash flow statements and other reports for the review of the management.
\xef\x82\xb7 Implement internal controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the finance department and
ensuring adherence by other operational departments.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and other regulatory requirements.
\xef\x82\xb7 Analyze financial data to provide insights into cost control, revenue enhancement, and profit optimization.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation, review, and ensuring filling of tax returns - GST/TDS
\xef\x82\xb7 Liaising with auditor and assist in the audit process by providing information and data as requested.
\xef\x82\xb7 Create efficient and effective methods for tracking financial data.
\xef\x82\xb7 Can be added advantage if the candidate knows the accounting knowledge of sales made through E-
commerce marketplace like amazon, flipkart, etc.
Required Skills:
\xef\x82\xb7 Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years post qualification experience and bachelors degree in business,
marketing, or a related field.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\xef\x82\xb7 Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
\xef\x82\xb7 Sound knowledge in prevailing accounting software and power point presentation
\xef\x82\xb7 Sound decision making skills based on accurate and timely analyses
\xef\x82\xb7 Good time management and able to solve problems\xef\x82\xb7 Good interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and manage
staff at all levels
