We are Looking for candidates for the role of Senior Associate, Data Analyst
In this role you will be interpreting data and turning it into information which can offer ways to
improve a business, thus affecting business decisions by bringing together information from
various sources and interpreting patterns and trends.
You should own solid understanding of Reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, RDMS/ SQL
concepts and experience in working with relational databases and also own excellent development

Role and Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Build the solutions using Data Engineering, Data Processing, Data Visualization, Statistical
Analysis and Advanced Analytics tools, technologies and techniques
\xef\x82\xb7 Data mapping, modeling, extraction, cleansing and processing from multiple data sources to
meet information needs of the client\xe2\x80\x99s business
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive
policies and processes.
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well
as modeling, visualization.
\xef\x82\xb7 Build develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems,
dashboards leveraging advanced analytics
\xef\x82\xb7 Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data
from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and
subqueries.
\xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques:
hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions,
and developing actionable recommendations for business units.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience and knowledge of statistical modeling techniques: GLM multiple regression,
logistic regression, log-linear regression, variable selection, etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience writing advanced python code statements, models, and macros.Candidate Profile:
