across treasury value chain. We help clients across India, South East Asia and European region in
transforming their treasury practices by enhancing organizational capabilities around treasury strategy,
process, technology and operating models. Our different treasury solutions help corporates in driving
optimization across areas like liquidity & investment management, interest cost, working capital and
trade
finance, financial risk management, banking relationships and treasury technology.
We are looking to expand this team and are looking for a candidate to lead our treasury technology
business: - Treasury Technology
1. Act as a solution champion for our treasury technology business with focus on TMS, ERP, SAP
and lead client implementations
2. Lead our treasury technology business with focus on large scale treasury transformation across
the entire treasury value chain
3. Work on client RFPs, leads related to TMS Application Management Services and convert those
opportunities
4. Work and critically assess clients current Treasury IT architecture, TMS configuration and
opportunities to upsell
5. Work with senior leaders/ partners and accounts leaders to create and demonstrate managed
treasury services as a proposition through TMS
6. Work as techno functional lead with our team and other tech experts to create bespoke
automation/ niche treasury products
7. Work with leading global treasury aggregators, bank connectivity, supply chain players, fintech
players etc. to identify market gap and create business opportunities
8. Work with external players to create alliances, learning plan for people to augment our current
treasury capabilitiesSkills Requirement
\xe2\x9c\x93 You are entrepreneurial and have immense desire to create business
\xe2\x9c\x93 You must be an expert in corporate treasury and have previous global consulting/ implementation
experience of 9+ years
\xe2\x9c\x93 You must have done large treasury technology implementations/ transformations
\xe2\x9c\x93 You must have in depth knowledge, proficiency, and certifications in leading TMS - SAP TRM,
FIS, ION, Kyriba etc.
\xe2\x9c\x93 You have connects with leading global TMS providers, fintech players, treasury aggregators and
can establish alliances with these product companies
\xe2\x9c\x93 You must be well versed with digital technologies & leading tools, automation, AI and analytics
plus already have a proven track record of implementing Digital finance solutions
\xe2\x9c\x93 You excel in developing strong client relationships, drive client dialogue both at finance manager
and at CFO level, and in originating, shaping and delivering value-led finance projects
\xe2\x9c\x93 You are a solid team player who thrives when working in a fast-paced, high energy and
projectoriented environment
\xe2\x9c\x93 You have excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing
high performing teams
\xe2\x9c\x93 You are an action and results-oriented, analytical, and structured, quality focused and adaptable
self-driven person with a high energy level
\xe2\x9c\x93 You have done shaping of solutions, vendor assessments, process diagnostics, blueprinting and
