As a Senior Associate in our Monetisation team, you will get to ideate and execute similarly near-impossible features. We are the ones who unlock value for our users and in turn generate revenue streams for the company. About the Role As a Senior Associate in our Monetisation team, you will work directly with the team leaders to own business-critical problems. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to identifying immediate growth levers, setting up processes, owning up their successful implementation and tracking key initiatives Your end goal is to help us scale Monetisation in the next 1-3 year horizon. You\'ll do this by brainstorming how to increase value from existing monetisation offerings. What you will do Own end-to-end problem-solving of your workstream including ideation & implementation Collaborate with Product & Operations teams to deliver on the defined business objectives, and drive program adherence with relevant teams Analyze week-on-week revenue trends and identify levers to unlock opportunities for ad adoption and spends Manage project schedules, remove roadblocks and keep processes running smoothly Continuously solve edge cases with suboptimal outcomes due to current processes Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks, and change control Improve processes for completeness and better efficiency Dive deep into the complex details of the program Present detailed problem definitions and solution to senior leadership and execute the solutions Be involved in day to day tracking of business critical metrics and setting up fool proof processes to arrest dips What you will need Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience Exposure to e-commerce, sales and advertising Experience in data analysis, either professional experience or through your education Experience in sales and marketing is preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate with all relevant stakeholders Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
