In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via ) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via ).The Role :The Senior Associate - Affordability takes end to end business and growth ownership, juggling between researching market-needs, helping co-create the product, managing operations and evangelizing what she/he creates with customers and partners. You feel deeply about the India credit opportunity and are passionate about building the rails,\\and the engine both at once. You are analytical and derive actionable insights from
partner and customer conversations. You are then able to convert these insights into product and product ideas and drive our relationship deeper with merchant relationships.Roles and Responsibilities : Offering Affordability products like EMI, Cardless EMI, BNPL & Offer Engine to
Merchants
Own a category of customers - online merchants and consumer brands.
Responsible for growing relationships, revenue, product usage and adoption.
Be customers\' champion. Work with all stakeholders to create win-win customer
solutions.
Find opportunities to ideate and co-create, working with internal product &
engineering teams to drive product strategy and roadmap
Work closely with Banking and finance teams to ensure roll out of offers and
settlement of funds b/w merchants and banks.
This role requires deep operational understanding apart from sales experience.
Coming up with strategies to increase penetration on affordability offerings along
with sales funnel management.
Collaborate across multiple Internal units - Product, Sales & Operations to deliver
