Overview: We are looking for a candidate with 4-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable domain in Finance along with experience in GL accounting. Additionally, you will also contribute and improve operational efficiency in your respective domain and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement value-added ideas into practice.
Job Duties:

• Vendor creation in Netsuite.
• Daily bill booking of invoices received from vendors / internal teams.
• Ensure correctness of invoices before booking in Netsuite.
• Co-ordination, interaction and regular follow-ups required to perform the assigned tasks.
• Responsible for applying payments in Netsuite after the payments are processed in bank.
• Recording of regular journal entries in Netsuite as instructed.
• Review of employee reimbursements as per company policy.
• Interaction with employees for resolving queries for reimbursement claims and organizing sessions or offering weekly helpdesk.
• Recording of journal entries for employee reimbursements in Netsuite after approved by senior.
• Protects the organization\'s value by keeping information confidential.
• Working knowledge of Netsuite and Concur is needed to perform the above mentioned tasks.

Qualifications:

• A degree in accounting, or a degree in business with an emphasis in accounting.
• Must be a perfectionist by nature, with no tolerance for financial sloppiness.
• Must have thorough knowledge of process flow for \xe2\x80\x9cProcure to Pay\xe2\x80\x9d and apply that knowledge while performing day to day tasks.
• An ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
• An ability to work independently.
• Must have very good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have expertise in Excel.
• Exposure to tools like NetSuite, Concur and similar ERP systems.
• Open to work in shifts (overlapping US) \xe2\x80\x93 if there is a need.
