Graduate with 15 +Yrs. Experience, minimum 8-10 years of experience in US Pension domain and team management.
Should have knowledge / understanding of US Pension domain
Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and agency interpretations or opinions related to retirement benefit which includes product knowledge of 401(k) plans, 403(b) plans, and IRAs
Excellent people manager, open to direction with positive collaborative work style & commitment to get the job done
Must be able to effectively communicate with client through conference calls and e-mails
Capability to conduct an appraisal discussion and assess different levels of performance and potential.
Capability to communicate with large teams.
