Summary Description: The Senior Assistant, Marketing Operations is responsible for coordinating with the various departments within GMAC to assist with the following tasks: Support the management of GMACs enterprise marketing automation platform, HubSpot. Play a key role in optimizing lead generation, lead management practices, and drive the continued evolution of closed-loop and end-to-end demand generation reporting. Engage with GMAC departments to discuss best practices, testing operational execution, coordinate an organization-wide schedule, and execute campaign efforts to school and candidate audiences. Assist all product and regional teams in using HubSpot to gather leads, execute timely and relevant marketing campaigns, and report on marketing outcomes. Build, execute and nurture programs to increase conversions across the digital ecosystem Support data rich generating activities across GMAC using marketing automation Key Responsibilities: Support the management of GMACs enterprise marketing automation platform by:
Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact and assist with managing GMACs enterprise marketing automation platform, HubSpot. Including optimizing lead generation, lead management practices, and driving the continued evolution of closed-loop and end-to-end demand generation reporting.
Review and execute flawless and timely digital marketing campaigns on behalf of HQ and regional marketing teams, including building assets in HubSpot: emails, landing pages, thank you pages, forms.
Review incoming requests and manage email campaign calendar to ensure deadlines are met.
Work with internal clients to ensure quality control and quality assurance.
Participate in regular production meetings and planning meetings to review calendars and deadlines.
Manage and organize contacts brought into database through list uploads or forms.
Support the delivery of timely and accurate performance reporting for the organization, including dashboards and campaign reports.
Compose templates and updates for branded assets.
Implementation of applicable HubSpot functionality to increase open rates and email readability.
Maintains and enhances data cleanliness and data governance; improves data quality, system improvements and adoption of new technologies.
Identifies areas to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation system and implement enhancements.
Develops, documents, and enforces business rules, processes, programs, naming conventions, and procedures within and around HubSpot.
Adherence to best practices while using the HubSpot email marketing tool to ensure the organizations email reputation with email service providers remains excellent.
Stay informed of HubSpot feature updates and other tools to assist with optimizing marketing campaigns, including acquiring certain HubSpot certifications and keeping certifications current.
Engage with GMAC departments to discuss best practices, testing operational execution, coordinate an organization-wide schedule, and execute campaign efforts to school and candidate audiences by:
Supporting Central Marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing automation strategies, including contact lists, segmentation/targeting, content, email, and tracking tools.
Collaborating with stakeholders to manage creative agencies to create email and landing page templates for use in promoting events, products and services to school users via HubSpot.
Program within HubSpot digital marketing campaigns; one-time, recurring and dynamic content driven.
Investigating new opportunities to further leverage HubSpot and support organizational initiatives, encourage and train staff on how to best use the HubSpot tool for email marketing efforts.
Working closely with departmental and cross-departmental functions on messaging strategies and content to ensure consistent messaging across all client touch points.
Assist product and regional teams in using HubSpot to gather leads, execute timely and relevant marketing campaigns, and report on marketing outcomes by:
Advise on best practices for mba.com; TMBAT.com, CAO.com websites to generate more leads.
Set up, execute and report on marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
Focus on driving conversions across the candidate journey, generating programs to help candidates to move along their education journey and to provide data back to GMAC
Support data rich generating activities across GMAC using marketing automation by:
Manage data acquisition through the email marketing channel, to increase profile completion and data driven products, through engaging, valuable and timely nurturing communications.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in related field and/or certification; Or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
2+ year of work experience in related field.
Excellent organizational, project planning, presentation and time management skills with careful attention to detail.

Ability to understand and edit HTML coding at basic level.
Email and landing page coding experience.
Current HubSpot certifications.
Client service or customer service experience.
Familiarity with Trello project management platform.
