We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Developer to join our team. As a Senior AI Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions to solve complex business problems. Your primary focus will be on designing, building, and optimizing machine learning models and algorithms to enable intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions to address business challenges and opportunities. Design and develop machine learning models, algorithms, and statistical techniques for data analysis and prediction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions. Conduct thorough data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare data for model training and evaluation. Train, validate, and fine-tune machine learning models using large datasets and state-of-the-art techniques. Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency, considering computational and memory constraints. Explore and experiment with new AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance the overall AI capabilities. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior members of the AI development team. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI development opportunities and projects. Requirements: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is a plus. Proven experience as an AI Developer or Machine Learning Engineer, with at least [X] years of experience in developing and deploying AI solutions. Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and statistical techniques. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with libraries and tools for data manipulation and analysis (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn). Hands-on experience in designing and developing machine learning models, including feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter optimization. Experience with big data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark) and distributed computing environments is desirable. Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, including version control, testing, and deployment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative AI solutions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
