We are currently looking for the role of a Senior Art Director/Senior Graphic Designer/Assistant Manager - Artat IMS with a profound experience of 7-13 years. As aSenior ArtDirector/Senior Graphic Designer/Assistant Manager - Art,your goals will be: To conceptualise and implement design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion. Manage an entire campaign, not just the production of specific pieces, and demonstrate an ability to keep team members working within established deadlines Deciding on visual language for the global market and then tweak/localise them to suit different regions/clusters Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics Reviewing junior designers\' work to ensure high quality Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval. Work alongwith copywriters, designers, project owners, and insight analysts to come up with innovative solutions. Maintain brand consistency throughout all our ongoing projects by adhering to the brand guidelines. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools. To have an eye for detail in design and work towards an on-time delivery of assets. A dayat Maersk: Multitasking a wide range of work that ranges from Icon/Logo design to static/video development. Create professional designs and layouts for Social Media Posts, Videos,Flyer/Brochure (both digital and print), Advertisements, Posters, Logos, Icons/Illustrationsand other visual layouts Determines style, technique, and medium best suited for each project Your contribution: Be a valuable contributor to the brainstorming sessions/ideation process prior to the finalisation of concepts Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality Find smart ways of working than the hard ways to reach the best solution Minimum Qualifications: AnyGraduate/Bachelor of Fine Arts Up to date with industry-leading software like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch (not mandatory) People with experience in basic video editing/motion graphics skills would be preferred Highly proficient in all design aspects Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
