Key Responsibilities: We are looking for giving employments to 3000 People
  • Good Written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions
  • Basic technical knowledge of cables & specification of cables, instrumentation cables
  • This job needs candidates from Electrical background with outstanding sales quality.
  • Experience in selling cables through dealers
  • Knowledge of working with dealers
  • Travelling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  • Outreaching potential customers.
  • Preferred previous exp- Electrical Background and Dealer Network
  • Appointment of dealers and distributors within an assigned sales area.
  • Dealer / Agent management
  • Market visits to meet Dealers to understand the trend, Dealer needs and product response
  • Generating leads from dealers/distributors
  • Creating long term association with instrumentation/electrical dealers.
  • Execute a detailed mapping of the Dealers in the assigned territory; Develop an action plan for regular engagement with the Dealers
  • Sales Planning & Control
  • Preparing sales plans aligned to organization goals & objectives
  • Working closely with the team and jointly evolve the micro execution plan
  • Building excellent customer/ stakeholder relationship
  • Actively take product initiatives as per organizational objectives in the region.
  • Provide active sales and market inputs to management.
  • Market visits to meet customers to understand the trend, customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and product response
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts to management.
Major determinants for Selection:
  • Contacts with regional dealers
  • Experience with cable/ electrical/ instrumentation dealers.
  • Working knowledge of Cables.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 935,000.00 - 962,000.00 per month Benefits:
