Undertake planning for achieving sales targets.
Develop sales targets for the branches.
Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance of each branch.
Strengthen relationship with Branch Managers/ CROs of the partner banks
Manage & enhance relationship with the Branch Managers/ CROs of the partner banks
Engage all the employees of the bank branches in insurance sales
Maintain clear communication with the Branch Managers of the partner banks
Sales growth and cost management
Ensure achievement of sales targets.
Ensure successful launch of new products and marketing promotional
Review monthly sales targets and performance of Business Managers
PREFERRED CREDENTIALS \xef\x81\xb6 WORK EXPERIENCE (In Insurance / Banking / and Finance) \xef\x81\xb6 QUALIFICATIONS Graduate, preferable postgraduate in Marketing an MBA from reputed institute \xef\x81\xb6 COMPETENCIES \xef\x81\xb6 Behavioural competencies o Experience in dealing with public sector banks o Good Communication Skills o Experience in leading sales team \xef\x81\xb6 Functional competencies o Market knowledge o Sales & distribution operations understanding Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
