JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of architectural principles, and the ability to bring creative and innovative ideas to projects. This role offers an opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals.

Roles and responsibilities-

1. Conceptual Design: Create initial design concepts, sketches, and drawings for architectural projects based on client requirements and project goals.

2. Project Development: Develop and refine architectural plans, blueprints, and 3D models using industry-standard software and tools.

3. • Collaboration•: Work closely with project managers, engineers, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

4. • Regulatory Compliance•: Stay up-to-date with local building codes and regulations, ensuring that designs meet all necessary requirements and obtain necessary permits.

5. • Client Interaction•: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback into project plans.

6. • Quality Control•: Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction aligns with the approved plans and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
