Your extensive experience in architectural consultancy and your proven track record in handling complex projects will be essential to our continued success.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of at least 10 architects and designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Oversee and actively participate in the entire project lifecycle, from concept design to construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients, understand their requirements, and translate them into innovative architectural designs that meet their expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, construction technologies, and best practices to implement innovative solutions in project designs.
• Manage and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct thorough site visits and inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of construction work.
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior architects and team members, encouraging their professional growth.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture.
• 10-18 years of experience in architectural consultancy with a strong focus on mixed-use and commercial projects.
• Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in architectural software and design tools.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
