Job Summary

As an Architect at Excellent Industrial Properties PVT.LTD you will be responsible for designing and planning a wide range of projects, from residential homes to commercial buildings and public spaces. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that your designs meet the highest standards of functionality, safety, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Planning:
• Develop innovative architectural designs based on client requirements, site conditions, and budget constraints.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, models, and plans using CAD software and other design tools.
• Conduct site analyses to assess environmental, structural, and spatial conditions.
• Client Collaboration:
• Meet with clients to discuss project goals, requirements, and constraints.
• Present design proposals, revisions, and final plans to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice on building regulations, zoning laws, and other legal requirements.
• Project Management:
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that design concepts are effectively executed.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Oversee construction processes to ensure adherence to architectural plans and quality standards.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for building permits and approvals.
• Ensure that all designs and constructions comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Experience:
• years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
• A portfolio demonstrating a range of completed architectural projects is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
