The ServiceNow Consultant will handle consulting, architecture and in selected cases also implementation of enhancements or major functionality on one of the most complex large ServiceNow environments out there.#DHL #DHLITServices #GreatPlace # TogetherUnstoppableWhat you would do:

• Involvement in mid- to large-scale projects in consulting role and/or PM Role.
• Preparation and presentation of business proposals, business cases, requirements analysis (requirements specification and estimates).
• Communication with key stakeholders, backline organizations and project teams.
• Participation in pre-sales presentations, prototyping, and customer/provider workshops.
• Liaison with external/internal auditors and vendors.

• Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow space, primarily ITSM and ServicePortal; CSM, IRM and HR module knowledge is an advantage.
• Ideally 2+ years in the role of ServiceNow developer/consultant with a ServiceNow partner or customer.
• Consulting mindset, comfortable working on multiple assignments with tight schedules and significant degree of uncertainty.
• Experience of at least one project management methodology (e.g. Prince II practitioner), experience working in, or even leading agile teams.
• Knowledge of ITIL, certification in the area is an advantage.
• Fluent English.
