Role:Sr. Architect High rise ResidentialExperience 8 to 12 yearsSalary Range 15L 18LJob Type Full TimeOnly Real Estate Experience is required

• Making Drawings/Concept Drawings/Working GFC Drawing.
• Co-ordination with RCC Consultant/MEP Consultant & make Consolidated Drawings.
• Co-ordination with in House general manager for Municipal rule discussion/Changes/Decision
• Regular basis site visit while project under construction.
• Co-ordination with marketing consultants/3D Model/Rendering Consultant
• Making sale drawing/Meeting with Sales Team for any changes in Layout/Drawings.
• Checking of slabs/open spaces along with consultants on site.
• Making all presentation drawing for HRC/MOEF.
• Giving all design related data for MOEF.

Qualifications and skills

• Awareness onto Municipal rule, discussion / change/ decision
• Educational Qualification Architect / M. Arch
• coordination/ rendering/ 3d/ autocad drawings checker/ sales plans/ follow up with mep/ rcc/ moef/ facade/ parking consultant
