Job Description
The Senior Architect/Interior Designer is a highly experienced professional responsible for the design and development of interior spaces. They work with clients to understand their needs and create spaces that are functional, beautiful, and meet their budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work, a deep understanding of interior design principles, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop interior design concepts.
- Create drawings, renderings, and models to illustrate design concepts.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs meet the client\'s needs and budget.
- Select materials and finishes.
- Inspect construction to ensure that designs are implemented as intended.
- Manage the budget and schedule for projects.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest interior design trends and technologies.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized university.
- 5+ years of experience as an Architect or Interior Designer.
- Strong portfolio of work.
- Deep understanding of interior design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
