:DNV Digital Solutions is looking for a senior or lead software developer to join our team to own and maintain our Synergi MRP product solution, an extension application of Esri ArcGIS Pro. In addition, this position will augment the Synergi Pipeline team and provide overall GIS expertise for any of the DNV Pipeline portfolio of products. The ideal candidate will apply their passion and GIS experience to enhance the DNV products and ensure we remain competitive in this growing industry. • Assume the role of technical owner and expert for the Synergi MRP application, and serve as primary contact and technical \'go-to\' expert regarding all aspects of the product.
• Close collaboration with Product Manager to ensure the implementation and efficient delivery of the Synergi MRP product updates.
• Work with domain experts to understand functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze functional requirements, user specifications and use cases for design, coding and testing.
• Development tasks as per the need of a project, including debugging, resolving issues, implementing enhancements, and creating unit and integration tests.
• Adhere to software business processes and standards for development, testing, documentation, support, and deployment.
• Ensure the product meets information security requirements by performing weekly SAST and SCA scans on the code. Remediate all very high, high or medium findings and update 3rd party components as required and prior to end of life.
• Learn the domain in which our customers use our products.
• Develop and execute an automated regression test suite to ensure that we have proper regression coverage across the critical parts of the product.

• Bachelor\'s degree in technical field (engineering, software development, etc).
• 8 or more years of experience developing systems using C# and Esri\'s ArcGIS software.
• Strong knowledge of Object-oriented programming.
• Proven experience developing Esri ArcGIS Pro add-ins.
• Experience working with MVVM.
• Experience working with XAML.
• Fluent in SQL.
• Proven experience debugging and maintaining written code.
• Experience working with GIT or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with 3rd party regression testing tools, preferably SmartBear TestComplete.
• Strong collaboration with individual scrum teams and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Knowledge of secure coding standards and practices.
• Must be able to work with a team.

Desired

• Integrity and risk domain knowledge and/or awareness of how clients use DNV\'s Synergi MRP and Synergi Pipeline product
• Experience leading small development teams by providing direction to more junior team members and offering technical guidance.
• Microsoft Azure Cloud architecture is helpful.
