Pega's 1-1 customer engagement solution re-defines how large enterprises interact with the ever-changing needs of their customers across a variety of channels. The Lead Management Marketing System (LMMS) team is a world class B2B implementation of leveraging the latest capabilities of Marketing and Decisioning features of its Customer Decision Hub (CDH) product as part of its Unfied CRM approach. The most critical part of any such application is to build a robust application, which in this case needs to handle and efficiently process massive amounts of data, apply appropriate analytical models, and facilitate scalable and performant orchestration of actions - both in real-time and batch. The goal of this team is to not only over exceed the marketing goals of Pega, but also become a reference for customers to visualize a real world implementation while at the same time provide valuable feedback to improve the overall CDH and Decisioning product we sell outside. That's a challenging set of expectations to meet. That's where you come in.

In this role on the B2B mplementation of Customer Decision Hub (CDH) team, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and testing the next generation of enhancements using the Pega's industry leading 'Next-Best-Action' application. This is your chance to get hands-on with leading-edge technology solving real life use cases, define new industry stands for effective implementation of our CDH product adhering to the best practices in rolling out a showcase B2B implementation of CDH.
What You'll Do at Pega:

• Take ownership of the components/tasks and make sure they are delivered with great quality
• Collaborate with product management to help define and align product goals with software deliverables
• Provide oversight and direction during the application development
• Actively participate in design and development of applications.
• Actively participates in the Scrum processes used to develop solutions. Provide continuous feedback and implement changes to our development processes.
• Help in testing various features of the product
• Resolve customer issues either by providing technical guidance or issue formal Hotfixes
Who You Are:

• You are a Pega Developer/Java developer who is passionate about software development, and strive to find simple, elegant solutions to complex real-world business problems.
• You are a proven performer who is driven by code quality, cleanliness, maintainability, performance, and scalability.
• You are passionate about learning new technologies and are interested in utilizing the power of model-driven development to architect and implement low-code enterprise applications.
• You enjoy working in an agile, fast-paced environment that values collaboration and teamwork.
• You possess strong communication and inter-personal skills and thrive in a robust environment that imposes new challenges frequently.
• Experience in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, Oracle and/or Postgres and MS/SQL).
• Actively contribute to innovations or POCs team .
What You've Accomplished:

• 4 - 6 years of experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of Enterprise Scale Java centric enterprise application systems.
• Experience in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, Oracle and/or DB2 and MS/SQL)
• Strong experience Javascript, CSS, HTML experience is highly desired.
• Having knowledge on one of the UI frameworks ReactJS or Angular
would be helpful to work on progressive assignments .
• Familiarity with business processes in target industry related to key solution areas desired
• Experience in unit testing and acceptance testing of the feature developed.
• Participate in design discussions of the product enhancements.
• Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience.
